Golden Triangle Tour Package

Golden Triangle Tour from Delhi — Delhi, Agra & Jaipur

Delhi, Agra, Jaipur — India’s Most Iconic Road Trip, Done Right

Looking for golden triangle tour packages from Delhi that actually cover everything worth seeing — without the rush? Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur together tell the story of India better than anywhere else. If someone told you that you could see the Taj Mahal, explore a 16th century fort, walk through a pink city, and still make it back to Delhi — all in one trip — you’d want to book it immediately. That’s exactly what the Golden Triangle is, and First Fly Holiday has been running this circuit for years.

What You’ll See at Each Stop

Delhi — Where the Trip Begins

Most people think they know Delhi, but there’s a lot more to it than the airport. The old city alone — Chandni Chowk, the Red Fort, Jama Masjid — feels like stepping into a completely different era. Add Qutub Minar (a 73-metre tower built in the 12th century that still stands perfectly), the wide lawns around India Gate, and the grandeur of Humayun’s Tomb, and you’ve got a city that could easily keep you busy for 2 days on its own. Most Golden Triangle tours start here before heading to Agra.

Agra — The Taj Mahal, and Everything Around It

Let’s be honest — everyone’s here for the Taj Mahal. And it genuinely lives up to every expectation. The best time to see it is early morning, when the light hits the white marble just right and the crowds are thinner. But Agra has more than the Taj — Agra Fort is massive and surprisingly underrated, and Fatehpur Sikri (about 40 km away) is a ghost city built by the Mughal emperor Akbar that feels completely surreal to walk through. Plan at least one full day here, ideally a night so you can see the Taj at sunrise.

Jaipur — The Pink City

Jaipur is the kind of place that hits you the moment you drive in. The old city actually is painted pink — terracotta pink, to be exact — and it was done that way in 1876 to welcome the Prince of Wales. Amber Fort sits on a hill just outside the city and is one of the finest forts in Rajasthan. Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds) is the one you’ve seen in every photo. City Palace is still partly a royal residence. And the bazaars — textiles, jewellery, blue pottery — are some of the best shopping you’ll find anywhere in India.

Why Travel With First Fly Holiday Instead of Public Transport?

The Golden Triangle cities are connected by trains and buses, and yes, those options exist. But here’s the honest difference — when you’re travelling in a private AC car with First Fly Holiday, you leave when you want, stop when you want, and don’t spend your trip managing tickets and schedules. Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri is a route that’s nearly impossible to cover well without your own vehicle. You also get a driver who can give you ground-level tips that no guidebook covers.

For foreign visitors especially, having a known, reliable vehicle for the full circuit takes a lot of stress off a trip to a new country.Every year, hundreds of families and first-time visitors to India book their golden triangle tour packages from Delhi with us — and most of them come back for a Rajasthan or Himachal trip next.

Questions We Hear All the Time

Is 3 days enough for the Golden Triangle?

It’s enough to cover the highlights, but it’ll feel rushed. If you can manage 5 days, the experience is far more enjoyable — you get actual time at each place instead of racing from one monument to the next.

Can foreign tourists book this trip?

Absolutely, and the Golden Triangle is actually one of the most popular circuits for international visitors. We’ve done this route with guests from the US, UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Just let us know your arrival point and we’ll plan from there. Our golden triangle tour packages from Delhi are especially popular with international visitors from the US, UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Do you arrange hotels along the route?

We can suggest and coordinate hotels in Agra and Jaipur on request. Most clients prefer to handle their own hotel bookings, but if you’d rather have it all sorted in one place, just ask.

Can we extend to Rajasthan after Jaipur?

Yes, and many people do — Jaipur is practically the gateway to Rajasthan. From there you can carry on to Jodhpur, Udaipur, Pushkar, or Ranthambore without backtracking to Delhi. Check our Rajasthan Tour Package page for route options.
